Dealing with Stress

We are all experiencing the strangest time of our lives right now and learning how to deal with the ups and downs and the daily updates on Covid19 has everyone stressed to the max.
Stress is directly connected to your overall health and your immune system, so keeping stress levels low is very important right now. Sleep is also extremely important in keeping your immune system firing on all cylinders.
 
We have been approached by a number of friends, family and customers looking for advice on staying healthy during all of this.
 
The first thing I mention is stress and finding ways to minimize it.
 
Here's a little insight into my daily routine and keeping stress out of my life.
 
 
#1- Turn off the TV. There's nothing more stressful than being pounded in the head by the media. Turn it off and turn on the tunes. Music is the answer!
 
#2- Exercise. Get outside and go for a bike ride, a walk or a run. Being outside and in nature is one of the best ways to reduce stress.
 
#3- Just breath. When you find yourself in a stressful situation just take a few deep breaths. You'll be amazed at the results.
 
#4- Take Hemp Oil when you are headed into a potential stressful situation. Be sure to take some 1/2 hr before bed as this will allow you a restful nights sleep. Getting a good nights sleep is probably the most important thing you can do to keep your immune running at 100%.
